  • Product Specialist (f/m) - Northern Germany (Niedersachsen, Hamburg, Bremen, Schleswig-Holstein)

    We are currently recruiting a highly motivated Medical Sales Representative to raise awareness and develop the business of Electrochemotherapy across the Northern Germany.

    As a Medical Sales Representative of experience, you will clearly understand the NHS and will be able to build strong working relationships with your customers, delivering great quality service and demonstrate excellent team work to ensure you exceed your targets. You will need to be a clear confident presenter, as you will be expected to present regularly on our therapy area.
    We expect you to have a solid track record, the hunger to succeed, as well as strong business planning skills and the dedication to continuously improve in everything you do.

    This role would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years medical sales experience, who is highly motivated to learn more and develop their skills. This is a self-starting role, so you must be confident with a positive outlook to life and business, and have a strong desire to create great results for the company and for yourself.

    Job Summary

    The primary purpose of this position is to serve IGEA patients while increasing business in the assigned territory. This should be achieved by implementing local sales and marketing strategies which have been agreed with the Country Manager and are in support of the goals and general strategies of the company. The Sales Representative must develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the therapy and its products, and apply this to the given NHS structure. You will have set accounts, that you will be expected to develop, but you will also be challenged with setting up new hospital accounts within your area.
    We are committed to training and developing all our employees, and so you will enjoy this position, as a role which will invest in your training and development.

    Role and responsibilities

    •    Grow the IGEA business in the defined geographic
    •    Develop relationships with decision makers (clinical, technical and economic) in geographic area
    •    Cold call and visit prospects on location. Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators
    •    Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory.  Keep CRM software updated with appropriate information
    •    Present and educate medical staff on the use and benefits of medical devices.  Provide product demonstrations and support
    •    Ensure correct product ordering at all accounts (new and existing).
    •    Communicate between company sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
    •    Collect, analyse, and present field sales data and to assist with strategy planning and implementation
    •    Improve product knowledge and sales techniques

    Requirements

    •    Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Business or Biology/Science preferred)
    •    Oncology experience preferred
    •    Theatre experience preferred
    •    Strong presentation skills are a must
    •    Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territory and wider DE.
    •    Ability to manage one’s time to work effectively including travel and multi-task.
    •    A proactive, flexible team member who has strong problem solving, social, writing and interpersonal skills
    •    Self-starter, independent sales management skills required for new business.
    •    Direct sales training and experience in medical device or Pharmaceutical industry preferred.
    •    Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    •    Work independently and as part of a team
    •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    •    Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
    •    Integrity and professionalism
    •    Proficiency in MS Office
    •    Driving license 
    •    Eligible to work full-time in the UK

  • Secretary - Munich, Germany

    We are currently recruiting a secretary for our office in Munich.
    Secretary play a key role in IGEA German Structure and she will be involved in all commercial and administrative activities.
    This role would suit someone living near the airport of Munich and with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in this role, fairly good knowledge of the english language.
    Italian language is a plus.

    Job Summary

    Work with management and sales team in Germany and marketing, logistic and account department in Italy, to be responsible for stock management, distribution of orders, chasing of outstanding invoices, management of marketing and clinical materials.
    The working activity also includes: assisting in exhibitions and meetings, sorting post, supporting sales team, marketing team support.

    Contract

    Part time work with 20 hours per week _ Mon_Fri 9:00 _ 13:00.
